Who is responsible
Wilkinson WorkWell LLC is responsible for its website content and business inquiries. Questions about privacy can be sent to jen@wilkinsonworkwell.com.
Your inquiry
The inquiry builder prepares text locally in your browser. It does not submit the fields to a website database. If you choose “Open email app,” your email application receives the draft. You review and send it yourself to Jen, with James copied. Your email provider and WorkWell’s Microsoft 365 email service then process that message.
We use business contact details and the company-level information you choose to send to respond and discuss potential support. Do not send sensitive employee records through this website or an initial inquiry.
Interactive tools
The support selector runs in your browser. Its answers are not sent to analytics or placed in the URL. If you choose to discuss its suggestion, only the service preference is stored in this tab’s session storage to fill your inquiry draft. You can remove it there; closing the tab clears it.
Hosting and essential functions
The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Those providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and access logs, to deliver and protect the service. Images, fonts and site scripts are served with the website. We have not added advertising pixels, session replay or third-party marketing analytics.
Owner editing
The owner editor uses ChatGPT sign-in. The website receives signed-in identity information to check editing permission. Published copy and one previous content version are stored in the site’s Cloudflare D1 database. Visitors do not need an editor account.
Retention and requests
Business inquiry messages remain in WorkWell’s business email system according to its business record practices. Contact Jen to ask about access, correction or deletion of your inquiry information, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements. The website does not set an automatic deletion period for email or control its providers’ technical log retention.
Other websites
If you follow an external link or open your email provider, that service’s privacy practices apply. This notice may be updated as the website’s functions change.
